Yummy snacks, no oven required!
No Bake Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 box frosted sugar cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese – softened
- 8 ounces white chocolate
- Sprinkles
- Cake pop sticks
Instructions:
- Place cookies in bowl and mix until they become fine crumbs.
- Add in cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Scoop out dough and roll into balls. Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place ¼ of the white chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted.
- Attach cake pop sticks by dipping end of stick into melted chocolate and then placing them into the dough ball.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate.
- Hold each cake pop by the stick and dip it into the bowl of melted white chocolate, ensuring that it is fully coated.
- Add sprinkles while the coating is wet.
- Set cake in stand so chocolate coating can harden.
