No Bake Cake Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 box frosted sugar cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese – softened
  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • Sprinkles
  • Cake pop sticks

Instructions:

  1. Place cookies in bowl and mix until they become fine crumbs.
  2. Add in cream cheese and mix until combined.
  3. Scoop out dough and roll into balls. Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place ¼ of the white chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted.
  5. Attach cake pop sticks by dipping end of stick into melted chocolate and then placing them into the dough ball.
  6. Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the remaining white chocolate.
  8. Hold each cake pop by the stick and dip it into the bowl of melted white chocolate, ensuring that it is fully coated.
  9. Add sprinkles while the coating is wet.
  10. Set cake in stand so chocolate coating can harden.
